Abstract

This journal aims to find out how curriculum planning, curriculum organization, curriculum implementation, and curriculum evaluation are. Bahtsul Masa'il Ibtida'iyah Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data source obtained is the primary data source. Data collection using observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analytical, namely by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The issues discussed include the management activities of the Bahtsul Masa'il Ibtida'iyah level, which include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. The results showed that in general curriculum planning, curriculum organization, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation at Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School Kediri were considered good. Curriculum planning is done by designing long-term curriculum programs, mid-term curriculum programs, short-term curriculum programs, and annual curriculum programs.

ABSTRAK

Jurnal  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan kurikulum, pengorganisasian kurikulum, implementasi kurikulum, dan Evaluasi kurikulum Bahtsul Masa’il Tingkat Ibtida’iyah Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologis. Sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu sumber data primer. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif analitis, yaitu dengan mereduksi data, display data dan mengambil kesimpulan. Permasalahan yang dibahas, meliputi fungsi kegiatan manajemen Bahtsul Masa’il Tingkat Ibtida’iyah, yang meliputi perencanaan kurikulum, pengorganisasian kurikulum, implementasi kurikulum dan Evaluasi kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum perencanaan kurikulum, pengorganisasian kurikulum, implementasi kurikulum dan Evaluasi kurikulum di Pondok Pesantren Lirboyo Kediri dinilai baik. Perencanaan Kurikulum dilakukan dengan mendesain Program Kurikulum jangka panjang, program kurikulum Jangka Menengah, Program kurikulum Jangka Pendek, maupun program kurikulum Tahunan.
